The LA Phil Affiliates are members of the greater Los Angeles community who dedicate their time and efforts to support the mission of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra through volunteer service, music education, community engagement, and fundraising.
The Foothill Philharmonic Committee, serving Claremont and surrounding Foothill communities, is one of seventeen LA Affiliate committees. In addition to raising funds for the LA Phil, FPC volunteers present the Music Mobile™ program for local third grade students and purchase tickets annually for elementary students to attend the Toyota Symphonies for Youth concerts at Walt Disney Concert Hall. FPC offers a community outreach program of distinguished speakers and an annual fundraising gala.
