The Foothill Philharmonic Committee proudly supports the Youth Orchestra Los Angeles (YOLA). On Saturday, Oct. 16, the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra officially opened the doors of its Judith and Thomas L. Beckman YOLA Center in Inglewood, CA. YOLA provides young people (ages five through eighteen) with free instruments, intensive music instruction, and opportunities to perform on stages in their communities and around the world.
On October 9, 2021 the Homecoming Gala saw the LA Philharmonic Orchestra, with Gustavo Dudamel conducting, return to the stage at Walt Disney Concert Hall for the first time in 579 days.
